The Kalauman Development Center in Dumaguete City in the Philippines serves orphaned and abandoned children as well as children living with adults who are under- or unemployed. These children are "the poorest of the poor." They can be sponsored for $30 a month.
The money from sponsors is used for school uniforms, supplies, and fees, and for medical assistance. It also enables the children to participate in church school classes, vacation Bible schools and camps, to go on field
trips, and to attend other cultural activities.
You can show your interest in this center or in sponsoring a child here, by sending us a note in the text box below.

KALAUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Begun in 1981, the center has helped children who are now college graduates and are in a position to help other children themselves.
The center also provides opportunities for the children's families to participate in community activities that will help them become self-reliant and self-sufficient. Both the children and their families are grateful to Kalauman, a name which means "from where you can draw hope."
